What Rosterly is
Rosterly is a scheduling, shift coverage, training and compliance service for healthcare organizations, operated by Steven Lawrence LLC. It is a private platform. Accounts are created by an organization for its own people, not by public sign-up.
Your account
Your sign-in is for you alone. Keep your password to yourself, and tell your administrator if you think someone else has used your account.
Your organization controls your account. It can change your position, your access, or close the account.
Using Rosterly
Use Rosterly for scheduling work and covering shifts at your organization. Do not try to reach another organization's information, do not try to get around the sign-in or the limits on your access, and do not use it to send anything unlawful or abusive.
Enter information that is true. A schedule is only as good as what is put into it.
What Rosterly does and does not do
Rosterly helps an organization find people who can cover a shift, using the positions, credentials, hours and time off the organization has entered. The organization remains responsible for its own staffing decisions, for checking that its people are properly licensed and qualified, and for following the labor and healthcare rules that apply to it.
Rosterly is not a medical record and is not for clinical information. Home visit entries are for scheduling: who, where and when.
Rosterly is not an emergency service. Alerts can be delayed or missed, for example when a phone has no signal. Do not rely on it as the only way to reach someone in an urgent situation.
The demo
The demo on the sign-in page uses made-up information and is rebuilt every night. Do not enter real personal information in the demo.
Training
The course library is general in-service education for nurses, nursing assistants and home health aides. It does not replace the organization's own policies, its state's rules, or the judgment of its nurses. The organization decides which courses count toward its required training and in-service hours.
Plans, trials and payment
An organization can try Rosterly free for the length of trial shown on the front page. After that it pays for a plan, per seat, per month, by card through Stripe. A seat is each active person in the organization who signs in.
Plans renew each month until cancelled. An administrator can change the number of seats, change plan or cancel at any time on Plan and billing. A change to seats or plan is adjusted on the next bill.
If a payment fails or a plan is cancelled, access to Rosterly may be paused until payment is made. The organization's information is kept.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Rosterly available and its information safe, and we make regular changes to improve it. The service is provided as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
These terms may be updated. The current version is always on this page with its date.
Questions
Ask your organization's administrator, who can reach Rosterly support.
